Information we collect
We collect information you provide directly: contact form submissions, funding application materials, and donation details. Donation card data is collected and processed entirely by our PCI-compliant payment provider and is never stored by the Foundation.
How we use information
Information is used to respond to inquiries, review funding applications, administer grants, acknowledge donations, and meet legal and reporting obligations.
How we protect information
Data is transmitted over encrypted connections and stored with row-level access controls. Applicants can access only their own applications and documents. Access to confidential applicant and donor information is restricted to authorized staff.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share information only with service providers who support Foundation operations, or where required by law.
Your choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting the Foundation.
