Accessibility
Everyone should be able to use this site.
We build toward WCAG 2.1 AA and treat accessibility as part of program quality, not an afterthought.
What we do
- Semantic HTML structure with a single main heading per page.
- Keyboard-operable navigation, including a skip-to-content link.
- Visible focus states and touch targets sized for mobile use.
- Descriptive alternative text for meaningful images.
- Color choices checked for contrast against our background tones.
- Forms with labelled fields and clear, text-based error messages.
Program accessibility
Students with disabilities are welcome in every Flourish program. Families and schools can tell us what accommodations a student needs when they register interest, and we will work with them to arrange support.
Report a barrier
If any part of this site or our programming is difficult to use, please tell us. We treat accessibility reports as priority issues.
